Who We Are
We are a group of Fibromyalgia sufferers.
Our group was set up in April 2024 by Alice with the help of Crawley Social Prescribers. Now Emma, John, Julie, Marie and Trudi lead the way. We are sufferers and or carers. We are based in Crawley, West Sussex and there was nothing in our community that could give us the support that we felt we needed so the Support Group was born.

Fibro Friends and Family is committed to providing a nurturing environment for individuals living with fibromyalgia. Our mission is to connect sufferers, families, and caregivers through shared experiences and resources that empower and uplift.

NEWS
We would like to thank Bayron from Prime Body Physiotherapy a private Physiotherapist with a very good understanding of the pain and restrictions that Fibromyalgia sufferers live with. A compeling talk and an eye opener of what is possible.
We would like to thank Sam and Claire again from Fountain Therapies in High Street, Handscross, RH17 6BH, 01444 401271 for the talk last month about Homeopathy and for providing a procedure free for our Christmas raffle.

We would like to thank those who made it to the group this month, its great to catch up with you all and to see some new faces. A number of those who couldn't make it have had operations and we wish them with a speedy recovery.
